at Scope.
How do you realize the benefits of an in-store pallet merchandising program and get an attractive display? In less time? Just ask Scope to create your Pack-n-Stack.
That's what Hershey
did for Sweet Escapes¨. They needed a supplier to develop a shipping
and display package that would keep up with the production line,
set up easily and provide a flat bottom to hold the product, along
with demanding retail requirements once the shipment reached its
destination; retailers needed to stack the product four-high in
stores and in two-sided pallet displays.

Pack N Stack's pre-glued
tray stacker with a lighter weight linerboard provided greater strength
and reduced the amount of raw materials needed. Set-up took five
seconds as opposed to other designs that took 20 seconds. A non-skid
coating was printed on both stacking shelves and on the bottom of
the case. And the large printing surface allowed a ÒbillboardÓ for
graphics and awareness that worked 24/7 on the retail floor.
The Pack-n-Stack was designed to be effortless to use (thus cutting down on labor costs), thoroughly protect a product during transportation and display and then serve as a graphically appealing sales device for shoppers. The design is deceptively simple, while multiple layers of specially glued corrugated provide superior stacking strength.
Pack-n-Stack is currently available as a Pallet Stacker, a Tray Stacker or as a Display Shipper in three different closure configurations: tape, self-locking and automatic bottom.
Pack-n-Stack is patented under U.S. Patent #399,739; 399,740; 399,741; 5,826,728; 5,839,650
